Perfect Mosaics offers an online photo mosaic tool through their website (http://www.perfectmosaics.com), free to use with the creation of an account. A valid email address is required to create an account. Perfect Mosaics reserves the right to delete or remove any accounts or mosaic pictures at their sole discretion. Reasons for removal or deletion can include, but are not limited to, inactivity and unlawful or abusive content. Perfect Mosaics does not offer a long-term photo hosting service and shall not be held liable for photos or projects removed from our database at any time.

By default users mosaic becomes public. Unpurchased mosaics are always public. Public mosaics may be accessed, viewed, shared, printed, downloaded, or purchased by anyone. Semi-public mosaics may be accessed, viewed, and shared by anyone, but only the original user may purchase or download the mosaic. Private mosaics may be accessed, viewed, printed, downloaded or purchased by the user only. User may change privacy of their mosaic upon purchase of the mosaic.

Users are prohibited from uploading any images of which they do not own the rights or images depicting any unlawful activity. Perfect Mosaics shall not be made liable for any damage to user resulting from nonobservance of this agreement. The user is solely responsible for obtaining the permission to use or rights of the photos they upload.

Users are given the option to delete their accounts. When a user chooses this option, their account will be marked for deletion and immediately removed from the Perfect Mosaics website. The account will be permanently deleted from the server by Perfect Mosaics within a reasonable timeframe.

Users are also given the option to delete their individual mosaics . When a user chooses this option, the project will be marked for deletion and immediately removed from the Perfect Mosaics website. The project will be permanently deleted from the server by Perfect Mosaics within a reasonable timeframe.

Digital Licensing

Users are given the option to purchase full resolution digital file (JPG). Each license and its permissions are described below:

Personal: For private use only. (e.g., birthdays, reunions, weddings, personal prints, personal websites) Not for corporate, commercial, promotional, resale, or redistribution purposes. Content cannot be made available for download or purchase by third parties.

Corporate: For corporate and professional purposes. (e.g., conferences, corporate events, presentations) Not for advertising, resale, or redistribution. Content cannot be made available for download or purchase by third parties.

For purposes of this agreement, "use" means to copy, reproduce, modify, edit, synchronize, perform, display, broadcast, publish, or otherwise make use of.
